Short version: Noah Magnus uses what you send him to quote your job and to get back to you. It is not sold, shared or added to a mailing list.

Who is responsible

Wolf Pine is a sole trader business run by Noah Magnus, based in Hayle, Cornwall. If you want to know what is held about you, or want it deleted, email noahmagnus@wolfpine.uk and it will be dealt with.

The contact form

When you fill in the form, what you type is sent to Noah Magnus by email and recorded in a private log so enquiries do not get lost. That is your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, the town you named, and what you wrote about the job.

It is used for one thing: quoting and carrying out the work you asked about. It is not used for marketing, it is not passed to anyone else, and there is no mailing list to be added to.

Photographs you upload

If you attach a photograph of the tree, it is stored alongside your enquiry and used to help judge the job before the visit. Photographs are not published anywhere without asking you first — if a picture of your job would be useful on this website, you will be asked, and no is a perfectly good answer.

Bear in mind that photographs taken on a phone can carry location information inside the file. That is stripped from uploads.

How long things are kept

Enquiries that turn into work are kept while there is a business reason to keep them, which for a job of this kind means several years — it matters if a question comes up later about work that was done. Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere.

This website

There are no advertising trackers on this site and no third-party marketing cookies. Basic, anonymous measurement is used to see which pages people actually read and whether the contact form is working — how many people visited a page, roughly where in the country they were, and which links were tapped. None of it identifies you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email noahmagnus@wolfpine.uk and it will be actioned. If you are not happy with how a request is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
